Please plan to arrive at least 1–1.5 hours before the start of the event, allowing at least 30 minutes for security procedures.
The Summit venue, Kazan Expo International Exhibition Centre, is directly connected to Kazan International Airport and the Aeroexpress station (Aeroport Railway Station) via an elevated pedestrian bridge.
Only official motorcade vehicles will be permitted to access the venue directly, so we kindly ask you to familiarize yourself in advance with the shuttle bus and Aeroexpress routes to plan your journey.
Route to the venue = shuttle bus/car + Aeroexpress train
To reach the Summit venue, please follow these steps:
1. Shuttle bus. Take a free regular shuttle bus or drive to Kazan 1 Rail Terminal, Vakhitovo Railway Station, or Beryozovaya Roshcha Station.
Shuttle buses
Participants, media representatives, and bloggers can take free shuttle buses from recommended hotels to Kazan 1 Rail Terminal, Vakhitovo and Beryozovaya Roshcha railway stations.
Additionally, shuttle buses to Vakhitovo Railway Station run from the Sukonnaya Sloboda transport hub, while shuttle buses to Beryozovaya Roshcha Railway Station run from M14 transport hub. Shuttle bus boarding is permitted with an accredited badge.
Shuttle bus routes, service intervals, and the transport hub of arrival may be subject to changes. Please confirm the current schedule with transport coordinators at the designated shuttle bus pick-up/drop-off areas.
2. Aeroexpress. Transfer to the high-speed Aeroexpress train, departing from Kazan 1 Rail Terminal, Vakhitovo Station, and Beryozovaya Roshcha Station to the Aeroport station.
Travel time on the Aeroexpress from Kazan 1 Rail Terminal to the Aeroport Railway Station is 28 minutes, from Vakhitovo Railway Station it is 25 minutes, and from Beryozovaya Roshcha Railway Station it is 18 minutes. The route Kazan 1 Rail Terminal–Aeroport Railway Station is operated by Sodruzhestvo company.
From 19 to 25 October, travel on the Aeroexpress is free with an accredited badge.
